Sveté Beauty Wellness offers FREE ground shipping on all domestic orders over $85 and subscriptions. Other shipping costs such as priority and expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout.

We are in the process of adding international shipping to our store. Please email us at info@svete.website-development.info to inquire about international shipping.

Sveté Beauty Wellness is not responsible for any address (Domestic or International) entered incorrectly by the customer.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in CA and then sent to our carriers for delivery (FedEx & UPS). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/text with your tracking information.

Returns 

Sveté Beauty Wellness is confident you’ll love our products – but if you are not completely satisfied, we have an easy return policy. 

Within 30 days of purchase please let us know the item you’d like to return and the reason for your return. We only accept returned items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns for opened and used items. Postage not provided. All accessory purchases are final sale. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the return.
